Since 2017, Miassine has been offering internships in Switzerland for Armenian students thanks to a partnership with the French University in Armenia (UFAR).
Armenian students studying marketing, law, or management gain valuable international experience by participating in concrete projects that encompass strategy, communication, legislation, and the development of digital platforms.
Beyond know-how, these young people build their confidence, expand their network, and become ambassadors for a dynamic, open, and innovative Armenia.
Since 2017, 15 Armenian students have completed an internship in Switzerland, discovered 6 major European cities and contributed to concrete projects on digital transformation, visibility, and economic development with Swiss experts.
Miassine collaborates with Birthright Armenia, an organization that offers internships and volunteer missions to young people from the diaspora in Gyumri.
Miassine regularly welcomes these volunteers, enabling them to discover local realities, share their skills and participate in projects with a strong social impact: sustainable tourism, circular economy, support for refugee women, and digital technology.

Chez Miassine, nous croyons que chaque jeune mérite une chance concrète de bâtir son avenir. Encadrés par des professionnels et intégrés à des environnements réels de travail, ces jeunes acquièrent des compétences solides, renforcent leur confiance et se préparent à une insertion durable dans le monde professionnel.
Nous proposons des parcours d’apprentissage pratiques dans les domaines de la boulangerie, pâtisserie, cuisine, travaux manuels, hôtellerie, spécialement conçus pour les jeunes de 16 à 25 ans issus de milieux vulnérables.
Dans un monde en constante évolution, l’inclusion numérique est un enjeu essentiel. Le centre multimédia de Miassine offre des formations accessibles aux jeunes comme aux seniors pour renforcer leurs compétences numériques : navigation Internet, bureautique, programmation, marketing digital, impression 3D…
Ce centre devient ainsi un espace de transmission, de découverte et d’autonomisation, où la technologie sert le lien social et l’égalité des chances.
In partnership with SPFA and Impact Hub, Miassine is developing a home in Gyumri for young women aged 18 to 22 from vulnerable backgrounds.
By 2025, five eco-designed rooms furnished by young local artists will accommodate ten female students in a warm and inspiring environment.
During the year, they will receive practical training in hotel services. In the summer, these spaces will be converted into guest rooms open to committed travelers, allowing the project to ensure its sustainability while strengthening the local economy.
